HOTELA is a small team with decades of work in hospitality, real estate, architecture, and technology. We came together around a single conviction: the luxury second-home category, as it exists today, doesn't serve the people it claims to. We built HOTELA to fix that.

Kyle founded HOTELA to solve what he saw as an overdue problem: luxury second homes were designed for an era of lawyers, drivers, and empty calendars. In the era of 24/7 schedules, they had become more burden than asset.

A technology entrepreneur by background, Kyle approached the market as a systems problem, not a real-estate one — rebuilding ownership economics, service delivery, and legal structure from first principles.

He leads HOTELA's vision, product, and brand.

Sato brings fifteen years at the center of Japan's high-end real estate industry, with prior work across the United States, India, Singapore, and Japan. He has specialized in serving inbound investors — high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional capital.

His track record includes landmark Tokyo residences (Gravitas, Zenith, the Churis Akasaka series) and the sale of villas at AMAN Niseko. At HOTELA, he leads operations, development, and the legal-structural architecture that makes the ownership model work.

Taylor oversees daily operations of HOTELA's luxury properties in Niseko, ensuring every guest experience lives up to the promise of the place.
