    HOTELA collaborates with agents and offers a 3% referral commission. In addition, if your clients choose to sell their HOTELA in the future, you can effortlessly earn a 1% referral commission on the resale.
  • WHAT SHOULD BE MY NEXT COURSE OF ACTION IF I HAVE A POTENTIAL BUYER INTERESTED IN HOTELA?
    Your prospective buyer can get in touch with us directly, or you can arrange an in-person or virtual presentation on our behalf. To do so, just fill out the contact form on the listing page for the property they are interested in, or call our sales team using the provided number.
  • I'M NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE HOTELA PROCESS. HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM SELLING AN ENTIRE HOME?
    The paperwork and procedures involved in a HOTELA sale are similar to those of selling an entire home. However, with HOTELA, you receive a hassle-free commission because we take care of everything, from tours and inspections to deposits. Throughout the process, we keep you informed and involved.
  • HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT I AM KEPT UPDATED ON THE TRANSACTION?
    We understand that every agent has different preferences, and we are happy to accommodate them. Once you submit a referral through our form, we will contact you to understand your level of involvement in the process. You can receive regular updates from HOTELA to track the status of your referral submissions and commission.
  • WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP AFTER I SUBMIT A REFERRAL?
    After submitting a referral, here's what you and your client can expect: Your experience: You will receive an email confirming your referral submission. A member of the HOTELA team will contact you to confirm the submission and collect necessary information, including your desired level of involvement. They will also prompt you to sign the required referral agreement. Once submitted, our team members will keep track of the status of all your referrals, from submission to close, and regularly provide you updates. Commissions are paid shortly after closing. Your client’s experience: Your referral will receive an email from HOTELA after your referral submission. A member of the HOTELA sales team will reach out to discuss their second home aspirations and other relevant details. Depending on your desired level of involvement, we'll keep you informed throughout the process. HOTELA will handle everything from scheduling a home presentation and answering client questions, and reporting, so your clients can purchase their dream second home with ease.
  • IS THE COMMISSION PAID BASED ON THE ENTIRE HOME PRICE OR THE PRICE OF A SHARE?
    The commission is based on the share price, and if you bring in several buyers, you will receive a referral commission for each share that is sold.
  • IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO EARN COMMISSIONS ON SALES THAT OCCUR OUTSIDE OF MY MARKET?
    Absolutely! It doesn't matter if either you or your buyer are located anywhere in the country, or even internationally. If you refer a buyer who purchases a HOTELA in a different state, region, or country, or you bring an out-of-town buyer to a HOTELA in your market, you can still earn a 3% referral commission as well as an equity bonus.
  • IS IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO WAIT UNTIL ALL SHARES OF THE HOME ARE SOLD BEFORE RECEIVING MY PAYMENT?
    No, you will receive your payment shortly after the share is sold.
  • ARE YOU CURRENTLY SEEKING NEW AGENT PARTNERS TO REPRESENT HOTELA AS A LISTING AGENT?

  • IF HOTELA IS NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING IN MY MARKET, IS THERE ANY WAY TO WORK WITH YOU?
    We have observed that many buyers of second homes tend to explore locations outside of their local market. While we are currently offering our first second homes in Niseko Japan, you can earn a 3% referral commission along with an equity bonus on the buy-side sales in any market. This means that you can still collaborate with us and benefit from our services even if we do not operate in your area.
