As responsible HOTELA owners, we are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for all. By adhering to the following code of conduct, we contribute to the enhancement of our neighborhood and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone involved:
1. Personal Use Only: HOTELA homes are exclusively designed for the personal use and enjoyment of owners and their personal guests. Renting out HOTELA homes is strictly prohibited.
2. Considerate Gatherings: Large events or parties inside the residences that may disrupt the tranquility of the neighborhood are not permitted. However, HOTELA does have dedicated spaces that allow you to enjoy your private party without worrying about the neighbors.
3. Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for all residents
4. Thoughtful Parking: Owners are strongly encouraged to avoid street parking unless absolutely necessary. HOTELA provides valet parking for all HOTELA owners and guests.
5. Residential Use Only: HOTELA is intended to provide a peaceful residential environment for all owners. While we understand you may need to catch up on work or send a few emails, please refrain from conducting large-scale commercial activities or operations that could disrupt or endanger other guests. Enjoy your stay!
Failure to comply with HOTELA's owner policies may result in monetary penalties or temporary suspension of stay rights. Let's work together to create a harmonious and enjoyable community experience.
